Materials: foami balloons with spelling and flashcard with the items.
When they had memorized the vocabulary, the teacher asked to the students to closed their eyes while he was changing the order of the pictures. Then he asked to the students to put the pictures in the corresponding place.
- Conversation: teacher Hazel (me) pasted in the board a poster with a short conversation. students made pairs. she asked to the students to repeat the conversation after her, then she asked to the students to repeat 3 times more, but in each time they had to add emotions. the first time they said the conversation angry, the second time, they did it sad, and the last time they did it happy.
Materials: poster with the conversation.
- Flypaper: The teacher pasted on the board pictures with the 10 items presented in class, the students made to groups and formed a line per group. teachers give to the first member of the line a flypaper, when the teacher name an item, they had to run and hit the picture of the item that teachers had mentioned.
Materials: pictures of the items and flypapers.
Note: the teachers used activities with a lot material and in which their students had to move, with kids the learning has to be funny and attractive for them.
